These Terms of Service govern your use of Limna's services, including the Foundation Transfer, Foundation Transfer + Build Support, Brain Trust Prompt, Limna Build, and any related deliverables, accessible at limna.app. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Limna provides a build strategy service for non-technical founders and solo operators. The current service offerings are:
Brain Trust Prompt ($27): A 12-director AI advisory panel prompt delivered to your Notion workspace with a session walkthrough.
Foundation Transfer ($497): A complete Claude powered AI operating foundation built for your specific idea and delivered remotely. Includes custom CLAUDE.md, Brain Trust Prompt, architecture map, launch checklist, stack and token strategy, a custom 20 to 30 minute video walkthrough, Notion workspace delivery, and an optional 30-minute verification call within 14 days.
Foundation Transfer + Build Support ($1,497): The complete Foundation Transfer plus three rounds of recorded build feedback. Described fully in Section 03a.
Limna Build ($7,000): A four-week, milestone-based engagement that builds a complete working system for your specific business. Application required.
Limna is a build strategy service. We are not a coaching service, consulting firm, done-for-you agency in the traditional sense, marketing service, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Nothing in our services or deliverables constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.
The Foundation Transfer is priced at $497, as stated on our website at the time of purchase. After purchase, you complete a short intake form describing your idea, your intended audience, and where you are currently stuck. Sarah reviews your intake and builds your complete foundation. Delivery is remote: you receive a custom video walkthrough and all files in a Notion workspace. An optional 30-minute verification call is included and available within 14 days of delivery.
Technical requirements. The Foundation Transfer requires a Mac running macOS and an active Claude Pro subscription. These are hard requirements. The Limna system is built on macOS. Windows is not supported. If you do not meet these requirements, Limna cannot deliver the service as designed. See the refund policy in Section 04.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Limna does not store or handle your payment card information.
The Foundation Transfer + Build Support is priced at $1,497 and includes everything in the Foundation Transfer (Section 02) plus three rounds of recorded build feedback, valid for 60 days from the Foundation Transfer delivery date.
What counts as a valid submission. To use a build review, you must submit: (1) a Loom screen recording under 15 minutes showing what you have built, and (2) a short written note describing specifically what you need feedback on. Submissions that do not include both elements will be returned with a request to clarify before the review begins. The 3-business-day response window starts from the date of a valid, complete submission.
What the review covers. Each recorded review addresses the specific work shown in your Loom submission and the question you have asked. It covers what you have built, what needs fixing, and what to prioritize next. It does not cover general strategy, offer design, pricing, marketing, or topics outside the scope of your build submission.
What the review does not cover. Reviews are feedback on technical build work. They are not consulting sessions, coaching calls, or strategic advice. Sarah's feedback reflects her judgment on what you have shown and asked. It does not constitute a guarantee of results or a warranty that your approach is correct.
The 60-day window. All three reviews must be submitted and used within 60 days of your Foundation Transfer delivery date. This window does not extend under any circumstances. Unused reviews expire at the end of the window and do not entitle you to a partial refund.
If purchased after the Foundation Transfer. This offer may be purchased as a standalone add-on after your Foundation Transfer has been delivered. In this case, the 60-day window starts from the date of purchase of this offer, not the original Foundation Transfer delivery date.
Refund policy for Build Support. Refunds on the Build Support component are available before the Foundation Transfer is delivered. Once the Foundation Transfer delivery is complete, no refund is issued on any part of the $1,497 purchase, including unused reviews.
The Limna Build is a four-week engagement priced at $7,000, payable in full before work begins. It is not available for direct purchase. You must submit an application. If your idea and timeline are a fit, you will receive a scope definition document in writing before any payment is collected.
The Build delivers a working system built to the agreed specification: AI logic, automation, a database, a live website, full documentation, and one delivery call where you learn how to run and extend the system independently.
Any additional services offered are subject to these Terms of Service unless a separate written agreement is provided. Pricing is subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
Brain Trust Prompt: all sales are final. The prompt is delivered to your Notion workspace immediately on purchase and cannot be undelivered.
Foundation Transfer: refunds are available before delivery begins. Once the video walkthrough and files are delivered to your Notion workspace, the Foundation Transfer is complete and no refund is issued.
Foundation Transfer + Build Support: refunds are available before the Foundation Transfer is delivered. Once delivery is complete, no refund is issued on any part of the $1,497 purchase, including unused reviews. Unused reviews do not entitle you to a partial refund.
Limna Build: payment of $7,000 is due in full before work begins. Once the Build starts, it is non-refundable. If anything prevents the engagement from starting on Limna's end before work begins, you receive a full refund.
Technical requirement exception (Foundation Transfer and Build Support): If you purchase and do not have the required Mac or Claude Pro subscription, contact us before delivery begins. We will work to find a solution. If the requirements cannot be met, a refund may be issued at Limna's discretion before delivery starts.
If something was missed or built incorrectly in any service, contact us at hello@limna.app. Legitimate errors are addressed at no additional cost.
The Brain Trust Prompt delivers a configured AI advisory panel prompt and session walkthrough to your Notion workspace. It does not include a configured version for your specific idea. That customization is included in the Foundation Transfer.
The Foundation Transfer delivers a custom AI operating foundation mapped to your specific idea. It does not build your product for you. There is no ongoing support, monitoring, or management included.
The Foundation Transfer + Build Support delivers everything in the Foundation Transfer plus three rounds of recorded build feedback as described in Section 02a. The reviews are feedback on work submitted. They are not consulting, coaching, or a guarantee of correct direction. Unused reviews have no cash value.
The Limna Build delivers a working system built to the agreed specification. It does not include ongoing support after the delivery call unless separately agreed in writing.
Limna does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue result, or product launch timeline from using any delivered service. Results depend entirely on how you build and operate after delivery.
You represent that you are using Limna's services for your own venture or one you are authorized to represent. You agree to meet the technical requirements (Mac running macOS, active Claude Pro subscription) before delivery begins.
You agree to use Limna's deliverables only for your own lawful purposes. You may share deliverables with contractors or collaborators working directly on your project. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent Limna's system architecture, prompt structures, or frameworks as your own original work for commercial purposes.
Limna retains all rights to its underlying methodologies, system architecture, Brain Trust Prompt structure, configuration framework, and service design. The specific deliverables built for your venture are licensed to you for your own use in building and operating your idea.
You may not resell or redistribute the Limna system framework, prompt architecture, or service methodology as a commercial product, service, or training program without express written permission.
Limna's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the delivered system will be error-free or that any specific business outcome will result from using it. Claude is a third-party product operated by Anthropic. Limna is not responsible for changes to Claude's features, pricing, availability, or behavior after delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Limna and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your reliance on our deliverables. In no event will Limna's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Limna's services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If you have a concern, contact us before pursuing any formal process.
