What we collect: Your name, email address, and intake information: your idea, goals, and where you're stuck. Collected when you purchase a service or inquire about one.
Sensitive information: We do not process sensitive personal information.
How we use it: To deliver your service, send deliverables, and communicate with you about your engagement with Limna.
Payment data: All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or handle your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Your rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you purchase a service, submit an intake form, submit a Build application, or contact us directly. This includes your name, email address, information about your idea or project, and any other details you choose to share.
We do not create persistent user accounts. Each service engagement is processed independently.
When you visit limna.app, we may automatically collect certain technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, and referring URLs. This information is used to maintain site security and for internal purposes. It does not identify you personally.
We process your information to deliver your service and send you deliverables; respond to your inquiries; improve and administer our services; process Build applications; and comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud.
Legal basis for EEA and UK users: If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your information based on legitimate interests in providing the service you requested and, where required, your consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited situations:
Payment processing: All payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card information. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data. You can review Stripe's privacy policy here.
Delivery and workspace: Foundation Transfer deliverables are sent to you via Notion. Information you share in your intake form is used to build your foundation and may be referenced in your Notion workspace delivery.
Application processing: Build applications are submitted via our website and processed through n8n automation workflows. Your application data is stored in Supabase and reviewed by Sarah.
Idea validation: The free idea validator on limna.app uses the Anthropic Claude API and Cloudflare Workers to process your submission. Your idea submission is sent to Claude for evaluation. It is not stored permanently or used to train Anthropic's models under standard API terms.
Business transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition of Limna.
Legal compliance: We may disclose your information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Our service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. If you access our services from outside those regions, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed there. We take reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to anyone under 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your data; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track setting. No uniform standard for recognizing these signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws or to reflect changes to our services. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this notice. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
