Every Build ends with the same five things.

  • A working system built to the specification we agree on before week one starts. Live. Accessible. Not a prototype.
  • Automation that runs without you: the repetitive work your business currently does by hand, removed.
  • A database that holds your business data, organized and connected to every part of the system.
  • A live website deployed online that your clients or team can access from anywhere.
  • A teaching session: one call where you learn how every component works, how to update it, and how to extend it. Recorded and yours to keep.

The scope is agreed before any money changes hands. If what you describe in this application is outside what can be delivered in four weeks, you will hear that directly. No vague timelines. No scope creep. A clear definition of done, in writing, before we start.
